Refund Policy

At Enviro Force Pty Ltd, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.

Returns for Damaged Goods

 We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive a damaged item, we apologise for any inconvenience. In such cases, we offer two options:

  1. Refund: You can request a full refund for the purchase price, including shipping charges.
    2. Replacement: You can request a replacement product at no cost.

    These options do not apply if the product issue was caused by consumer misuse (including not using the product before its expiry date) or by the actions of someone other than the business (e.g., postal and courier services). Before sending your order, Enviro Force Pty Ltd ensures all products are carefully inspected and quality-checked.

Change of Mind Policy

Enviro Force Pty Ltd does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
We respectfully decline any request if you receive what you requested but change your mind, find the product cheaper elsewhere, or decide you didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order and explaining the reason for your request.
  2. Return Authorisation: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  3. Packaging: Please ensure that the item is unopened and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  4. Return Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for faulty goods.  
  5. Processing: We will process your return within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Exclusions

Please note that the following standard exclusions apply for all replacements, returns or refunds:

 – Enviro Force Pty Ltd will not offer a replacement, return or refund if the product issue was caused by consumer misuse (including not using the product before its expiry date) or by the actions of someone other than the business (e.g., postal and courier services).

– Enviro Force Pty Ltd will not offer a replacement, return or refund if you receive what you requested but change your mind, find the product cheaper elsewhere, or decide you didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it.


– Enviro Force Pty Ltd will not offer a replacement, return or refund for packages sent to addresses provided incorrectly by customers.

–  Enviro Force Pty Ltd will not offer a replacement, return or refund for lost or delayed shipments once they are with Australia Post. If your order is delayed or lost while in the Australia Post network, please contact Australia Post’s customer service for assistance.
